The one on one session will be hosted by a member of the Home of KEA dealer network which facilitates the sale of KEA motorhomes in Australia. Their representative will undertake a one one one educational session on the operation of functions of the motorhome in a real world setting to enable the purchaser to better understand the abilities of the vehicle, the safe setup of the vehicle and a ‘how to’ approach to each of the vehicles appliances.
The one on one consultation with you will be arranged with you the purchaser at the time of vehicle hand over at a mutually agreeable time and place. The location is to be within a 100km radius of RV Sales Centre in Braybrook, Victoria, Megamart RV Sales in Pakenham Victoria, Wallaby Motorhomes, Granville NSW, Brisbane RVs, Purpengary QLD or KB Campers, Wangara, WA. The site for the consultation must be a recognised camping site such as a caravan park, holiday park or similar location with appropriate access to power to highlight vehicle functions in a safe environment that is mutually agreeable.
The cost of the holiday park or caravan park site for the benefit of the one on one session is to be organised by the purchaser of the motorhome and any other additional costs associated with the accommodation or site is a sole responsibility of the purchaser.
This offer is offered subject to vehicle availability and to the first five purchases of a used or new motorhome.
Tourism Holdings and its dealer partners Wallaby Motorhomes, KB Campers, Megamart RV Sales and Brisbane RV are to the maximum extent permitted by law, without restricting the limitations and exclusions of liability contained elsewhere in these terms and conditions and subject to clause 2, our liability in relation to the supply of the products and the products themselves is limited to the purchase price of the products in respect of which such liability arises.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we have no further liability or responsibility for any direct, indirect or consequential injury, loss or damage whatsoever and howsoever arising.
2. Without restricting the limitations and exclusions of liability contained elsewhere in these Terms and Conditions, to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not responsible for any damage whatsoever caused either to the goods supplied or as a result of the malfunction of the goods if in our reasonable opinion: (a) The goods are fitted by unqualified tradespersons or are fitted in an unprofessional manner; or (b) The goods are adapted to a use or which they are not specifically intended; or (c) The goods are added to or repaired using components not recommended by us or by the manufacturer; or (d) The goods are improperly stored or transported.
